Finding a job/career is a job. Its paramount that you know what you need and want in any position you take. Even if you tell yourself, "if I don't like this job I'll just find another one". This maybe true but, do you really have the time and finances to go through ANOTHER interviewing and hiring process? We have recruiters to assist in this process.
If your ULTIMATE goal is to work for yourself. For now, try to choose a job/position you are passionate about or at least meet all your needs/wants. Really try to own the job search process. Ask yourself, "is this position something I can tolerate for the next 1-3 yrs?"
Take pride in your resume and your interviews.
